The Community Justice and Mediation Center (CJAM) offers a 40-hour training program for anyone interested in learning about conflict resolution, mediation, or restorative justice. These skills are useful in all areas of life — family relationships, work relationships, volunteer work, etc. The training provides hands-on skill development, combining activities, lectures, and practice. Completion of the training qualifies participants to become volunteer mediators with CJAM.
