This training is for anyone interested in developing leadership and conflict resolution skills, and those who are seeking to have more productive conversations. The practice is focused on utilizing mediation and facilitation skills in different community settings. Through large and small group discussion, demonstrations, and interactive exercises, you will have a chance to engage with other participants and experienced mediators to practice the tools for more effective communication and creative steps in surfacing differences and working through conflict.
